Palm Island Realty Property Management is a well established real estate company with 10 years in the business. Our Tampa office is seeking an administrative assistant/front desk receptionist for immediate hire. We are not your run-of-the-mill property management company, as we specialize in investment real estate and flipping distressed houses! Full time position, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM. This is an entry level position with tons of potential for growth in the industry for someone who is motivated. Admin experience or real estate/property management experience preferred.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Answering phones and fielding calls

-Scheduling vendors/ Maintenance appointments

-Greeting guests

-Maintaining office schedules

-Processing applications

-Marketing-Coordinating HUD appointments/inspections

-Maintaining spreadsheets

-Entering data-Office tidiness/organization

-filing and scanning

-Other tasks as assigned by the property manager.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

-Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

-A positive, friendly demeanor-Ability to multi task and prioritize

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-The desire to learn more and grow within a company.

At least one year of administrative experience in an office setting preferred but not required. We will require that you get your Notary license (we will pay for it).

Drug test, background check, and driving check required.
