Splash Harbour Water Park is committed to a family fun environment. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Splash Harbour Water Park and must be friendly with an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Making guests excited about their experience at Splash Harbour Water Park is our main priority.
Receptionist’s duties include but not limited to –
- Welcoming customers and greet people who visit the business
- Coordinate front-desk activities such as Birthday Parties/Groups/Camps with daily staff
- Answering Phone calls and emails
- Dealing with emergencies in a timely and effective manner if needed
- Successfully making cash/credit card transactions
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes customers positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
