The Front Office Admin- Entry Level provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a positive, helpful attitude.
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, including scanning and emailing documents to remote recipients.
-Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Mandatory Qualification:
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role/administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
