Now hiring for a full-time administrative position at established New Tampa Real Estate Brokerage. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required. Strong computer skills are mandatory. Real Estate license NOT required! Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and coordinate organizational web-based software systems. Position will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:00.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel)

Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone/e-mail

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintaining paperless transaction management system for office

Contract file preparation and review

Maintaining and inputting listings into MLS and social media (training provided)

Website administration and updating (training provided)

Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to agents

Receiving phone calls and directing customers and vendors when required

Assisting agents through e-mail/phone correspondence

Operation of social media accounts, video marketing, and other marketing projects

Maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling, and calendars

Executing closing duties

Excellent on the job experience with on-site training and development opportunities for general administrative position and to learn all about the real estate process at a busy and growing office with 50+ agents.
