Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our clients’ team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, account reconciliation, and technical accounting skills. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting overall business operations.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite & QuickBooks are a plus)
- Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Familiar with GAAP
- Familiar with month-end and year-end closing.
- Capable of maintain general ledger accounts and account reconciliations.
- Provides annual audit assistance.
Experience
- 3+ years experience with AP, AR, Month-End Closings
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
