ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading property management company and they are looking to hire a Bookkeeper here in the Tampa area. They have an amazing team with established clientele. With that in mind, this is the opportunity to join a growing company with excellent benefits and a small, independent staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Bookkeeper:
- General Ledger including journal entries and reconciliations
- A/R duties including invoicing, resolving, submittal, and status of payment
- Assist with month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Complete full-cycle accounts payable functions
- Cash collecting including posting and projections
- MUST have an excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Bookkeeper Role:
We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- 2+ Years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General ledger/ Accounts Receivable experience
- Self-directed and hard-working
- QB Pro a must for the bookkeeper
