Full Charge Bookkeeper – Dunedin, Florida

Wanted – Bookkeeper for multiple real estate investments and a 30 plus employee business.

Duties include handling the full range of the accounting process for these various business entities (writing checks and recording sales, bank and general ledger reconciliations, month-end closings, preparing financial statements, preparing trial balances, and payroll processing for two entities, etc).

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of full charge responsibility for accounting function
  • Self-starter and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Experienced with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job package:

  • Compensation based on experience
  • You will be paid for all major holidays falling during the work week
  • You will receive one week paid vacation after one year and two weeks after the third year
  • You will work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a half hour for lunch Monday through Friday
  • We will need to negotiate health insurance coverage

A standard background check will be required.
