Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients and preparing personal/corporate tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare personal/corporate tax returns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Quickbooks and MS Office Suite
- Experience with Proseries Tax Software a plus
