Full Time Administration Needed!!
Looking for a long term solution to add to our team & grow with the company! A full time administrative position is available at our real estate brokerage located in South Tampa.
Dress Code: Business Professional
Regular Schedule: Mon to Fri (9 am – 5 pm)
Must:
*Proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Etc)
-Send Facebook & LinkedIn Profile Link (If applicable)
*Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Etc)
*Reliable vehicle & transportation with valid drivers license and insurance
*Be available to work remotely after hours if needed (After 5 pm & on weekends)
Added Value:
*Licensed real estate agent
*Previously worked in an administrative role
*Previously worked in the real estate industry
Daily Tasks To Include:
*Post to social media accounts on a regular basis
*Onboarding and helping new agents get up to speed with our system
*Setting appointments for agents, buyers, and sellers
*Review paperwork to make sure not missing anything
*Follow up and reply to emails & phone calls
*Help out agents with technology as needed in the office
*Data entry & CRM Management
*Schedule events & meetings
*Arrange and schedule showings for agents
*Request documents and be in contact with all parties involved in a transaction
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour
Experience:
- Administrative Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
