We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Grounds and light maintenance person for our property… The grounds / Maintenance person performs various maintenance duties and grounds clean up. You must be able to work outdoors and know light maintenance. As a team participant along with the maintenance engineer to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance / grounds standards set by els.
Job Duties include:
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Resort Manager or Supervisor
- Must be computer literate; know maintenance, and know what curb appeal means
- Maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free from trash, weeds and debris.
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Move heavy objects as requested and check pools
- Work closely with management and the general manager in developing an integral team at the property site
- Maintain open communication with Resort Manager and Staff
- Remain professional in attitude at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Monday – Friday
- Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent / Experience helpful in MH communities
- Must be able to work outside.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record along with auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check and criminal check
