Immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Consultant for a community in Brandon, FL with 370+ property rentals. We’re looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
*Meet with prospective residents and take them on tour of the community
*Answering phones
*Qualify prospective residents and gather/complete all lease paperwork for approval
*Enter work orders into MRI software
*Generate and execution of lease and lease renewals
*Lease generation and execution
*Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments
Qualifications:
*Prefer sales/multi-family leasing experience
*Basic leasing or sales experience required
*The ability to work weekends
*High School Diploma (or equivalent)
*Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation.
