We are looking for an individual with a range of skills that can work on small remodeling projects ans well as general property maintenance.
Requirements:
You must have your own tools and transportation.
Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC systems
Honest and integral work ethic
Punctuality is a MUST!
Duties:
General maintenance and repairs Monday – Friday, some weekends
Ideally a retired mechanical contractor who would like to do routine maintenance or a qualified mechanical assistant would be great for this position.
