Full Job Description

KRI Properties, a growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for an experienced full time apartment maintenance technician for 2 smaller properties within 1.5 miles of each location in , Seminole Fl and Pinellas Park, Fl

Duties to include completing work orders, turning suites, and other special projects. Work to include plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, painting, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as well as misc. repairs.

Must be available to be on call.
