Top Producing Real Estate Firm located in the Land O’ Lakes area is looking for a full-time office administrator to join our team.

Must be detail-oriented and computer saavy. Knowledge and comfort with computer programs is essential. Experience with paperless management systems such as Appfiles is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (printer and fax)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work without direct supervision
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
