Full Job Description

Looking for outgoing person to fit into our office vibe. We prefer the candidate live within 15-20 minutes, with traffic, to our Westchase office.

Overview:

· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors of busy real estate office

· Perform daily CRM data entry and reporting

· Coordinate and confirm appointments for lead agents

· Run daily agenda reports for lead agents and set deadline reminders as needed

· Assist agents with lead assignments and lead follow up

· Participate in daily team pipeline meetings

· Solicit feedback from selling agents on property listings

· Liaison with clients and vendors to coordinate appointments

· Manage the creation and distribution of print and digital marketing materials through Coldwell Banker’s property marketing platform

· Manage social media ads and post updates to The Pithers Group social media platforms

· Create and update window display property flyers and digital property presentation

· Create and update flyers, postcards and marketing materials for special events

· Coordinate monthly mailing with local mail house and update address list

· Work with outside vendors to create and order promotional items

· Run occasional errands during office hours

· Maintain office supply inventory

· Assist in maintaining a neat and clean office environment for employees and visitors

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Must possess excellent phone and in-person customer service skills and enjoy interacting with different types of people

· Must be a proactive problem solver with the ability to independently work toward a solution

· Ability to work with two different team leaders, as well as other employees and agents in the office

· Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

· Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Publisher.

· Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus, but not required

· Professional attire required

· High School Diploma required.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Mileage for errands reimbursed at the federal IRS rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
