“FULL-TIME self-storage Property Manager position available in TAMPA, FL. Looking for a positive, outgoing, self-motivated, and independent individual with management and customer service experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years experience as a leasing professional, hotel or car rental agency agent or other customer related industry background. Solid sales skills, a commitment to customer service and attention to detail are critical. General maintenance skills and experience also helpful.
Primary job duties include effective conversion of prospects into self-storage tenants, effective marketing, and good telephone skills. Provide excellent customer service to our customers, collect monthly rents, reconcile daily deposits, and be empathetic and professional to those needing our services. In addition, ability to oversee general maintenance of the property, cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, restroom maintenance, and etc., would be helpful.

Strong organizational skills. Must be able to enthusiastically sell company products and services in person, on the telephone, and by email. Highly motivated and energetic with the ability to work independently and with others. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image. Proficiency in Social Media is helpful. Math skills are useful and necessary. Must be willing to work any day, including weekends. Must pass a detailed background check including a Motor Vehicle Report. Must be proficient in MS Windows. Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
