Responsible for performing detailed data comparisons, validation and updates using SQL programming language. Responsible for assisting Reporting and Programming staff with documentation, code updates, and other tasks, such as processing and performing quality checks. Responsible for performing and coordinating tasks and projects across departments to meet project requirements. Assist with the coordination, planning, processing and quality assurance steps necessary to meet or preferably exceed client expectations in all areas of quality.
Take the initiative to continually identify, document, and implement steps to improve overall quality and productivity. Attention to detail is key, as delivering high accuracy under tight deadlines is critical. Must be flexible in performing tasks as needed to meet Quality initiatives. Ideal Candidate will show initiative to grow to assist in Project Coordination and mid-level Programming tasks to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a High School diploma
- Position will involve learning new skills to assist Reporting staff with a variety of tasks.
- Detailed oriented, excellent attendance record, good organizational skills, good research abilities, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be able to multi-task and work independently and within a team.
- Skills include a mid-level understanding of SQL programming.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- .net Programming Skillset
- Ideal candidate would have ability to mentor. Knowledge of Market Research software, preferably SPSS
- Experience with Call Center quality initiatives
- Familiarity with Call Center surveys
