TERRA MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., is seeking a candidate to perform general maintenance on behalf of one of its client condominium properties. This is an onsite position based at the client property’s location in the Lutz area of Hillsborough County, Florida and is available immediately. The position is full time with some on-call obligations in the evening and on weekends. Job responsibilities include a variety of maintenance and improvement related services comprised of a mix of grounds maintenance, facility maintenance, janitorial and general labor. Prior experience in the maintenance field, as a handyman, or in the construction field, is a plus. You must have “get it done” and “whatever it takes” work attitude, your own tools and a reliable and presentable work vehicle, preferably with a tow hitch. Successful candidate must be computer literate.
Compensation is $18/ hour and includes health insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year of service), personal time and paid holidays. Terra Management Services is a Smoke Free and Drug Free Workplace. Successful candidate will have to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
