We are seeking a developed leader to bring their experience to help us advance the business while cultivating a positive work culture. You’ll be communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Most importantly, this leader should have the ability to connect, lead, and motivate the team.

The General Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. This Director reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for overseeing all operations in the restaurant and managing the other Directors, Leaders, and Team Members.

Pay Type: Starting at $65-75k, paid hourly

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Operations Director or General Manager
  • Chick-fil-A General Manager-level experience preferred
  • Computer and technology (Apple products) competency
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the General Manages
  • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
  • Reviews the P/L to steer strategic decisions
  • Oversees weekly schedule and acts as the point of contact for all call-offs and schedule changes
  • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback during shift huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Facilitates leadership meetings
  • Makes changes in the restaurant and uses problem-solving skills to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
  • Responsible for managing inventory, placing the truck orders, and facilities management
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
