Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage the Aloft/Element Midtown Tampa, FL.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
- Strong sales background and established networking skills.
- Proven track record in driving GSS.
- Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
- Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
- Well versed in sales, food & beverage, catering and events, as well as excellent customer service delivery.
Being a Concord GM:
As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team, and for supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners, and will be responsible for facilitating a successful business operation by providing brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the “face” of this property.
