Our hotel location is need of an experienced General Manager. Looking for a leader, a self starter, a decision maker, good under pressure, a person who works at a quick pace and be a clear communicator. Will develop, implement & monitor budget, daily, weekly and monthly financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a small boutique or in style hotel or resort.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of increasingly responsible positions and is seeking the next challenge in their career. Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieve and exceed goals.
