- Process commission invoices
- Attend community events to represent property
- Oversee administrative staff
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Prepare weekly property updates
- Prepare weekly leasing updates
- Audit IBS and TimeFrame platforms for accuracy monthly
- Prepare and administer budgets
- Administer service contracts and rebid, as needed
- Oversee construction projects
- Inspect buildings

- Oversee R&M staff in conjunction with Chief Engineer
- Stay informed regarding new technologies and equipment
- Manage IT services for property IT equipment
- Maintain tenant relations
- Process weekly payroll submission
- Stay informed regarding new laws and regulations relating to commercial real estate
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive relevant job experience in the management and leasing of office properties
- Demonstrated ability to secure leases and exceed sales goals
- JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/ ABILITIES):
- A strong communicator: clear and effective writing and speaking skills
- Self-motivated and possess the drive to meet/exceed property budgets, goals etc.
- Organized and Accountable: Exceptional time management abilities and can juggle the needs of changing priorities while accomplishing objectives through training and motivating a high-performing team
POSITION OVERVIEW:
General Manager of a 15-building office park (700k sf) that serves seven counties of the Tampa Bay region. The GM will manage the overall operations of the asset while maintaining excellent relationships with the tenants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist leasing team with marketing effortsPrepare tenant improvement budgets for leasing prospects
- Attend property tours and meetings with leasing prospects, as needed
- A Leader: Proven success in customer service, management, problem solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication and organizational skills.
EDUCATION/ LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience required
