Immediate General Manager opening for our General Construction Business. This individual would be in charge of a $20M annual P & L.
The ideal candidate would be highly organized and capable of overseeing multiple large construction projects nationwide. Requires active collaboration with the President/CEO and active teaming with the Divisional Managers in order to serve the customer and maximize performance for the business. Must be able to manage company assets (people, financial and material) in a manner that meets or exceeds profitability goals. Monitors customer satisfaction and takes action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt and non-defensive manner. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing required. Ten years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Proven track record in a General Management role mentoring or coaching a team of sales and operations professionals, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
