Inspire Hotels is seeking a current Assistant General Manager seeking their first General Manager Position.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee current hotel operations
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all Staff
- Ensure full compliance of policies, procedures and service standards
- Handle complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures
- Work with Regional Team to manage hotel’s annual Operating, Marketing & Sales Plan
- Passionate about exceeding revenue and guest expectations
- Inspect the property on a regular basis and enforce the implementation of actions toward the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all associates are properly trained in their primary job functions; Instill safety and security at all times.
- Build morale and team spirit
- Create a courteous, friendly work environment
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Bilingual English and Spanish desired

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have two years as a Assistant General Manager experience
- Take part as an AGM in developing budgets, sales and cost controls
- Teamwork goal, ability to interact with others in an honest, fair and respectful way
- Positive communication, leadership, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Must be well organized and be able to prioritize tasks
- Computer proficiency to include Google, Excel, Word and a hotel branded software system

Salary: $35,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year
