Basic Purpose: Maintain hotel grounds, landscaping and parking lot in a clean, attractive and safe condition at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Grounds free of trash
- Empty trash cans throughout exterior of property
- Remove all trash from grounds
- Pool area – clean pool filters and check readings
- Detail exterior bathrooms
- Pressure was areas as needed
- Maintain grounds equipment in proper working order and keep equipment storage area in a safe clean condition

Other Duties:
Assimilate into The Hilton Family PRIDE/CARE culture through, understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE/CARE. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand and communicate information for reasons such as safety and security, e.g. Product safety labels and emergency instructions.
Safety Requirements:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager.
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying required.
Frequent bending an kneeling required to pick up trash, etc.
100% mobility required at all times from one end of parking lot to another
Must be able to work outdoors
Sometimes use chemical agents
Grooming/Uniforms
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as part of the orientation process
Notice:
The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
