Full Job Description
We are seeking an Groundskeeper for an active on-site Condominium Association in Tampa (33615). This position reports to the Board of Directors of the Condominium Association. The position includes 40 hours per week (Monday – Saturday from 7:30am-2:00pm). We are willing to adjust hours as needed.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Walking the property daily
- Cleaning up trash and debris from the grounds and clubhouse/pool
- Work at the direction of the Board of Directors and Management
- Assisting with daily tasks such as janitorial work, painting, light electrical and plumbing.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property
Experience/Qualifications
- No experience is required. 1 – 3 years of directly related Groundskeeper or Maintenance experience, preferred.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all types of weather.
- Medium to Heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, and frequent lifting and carrying of items/debris.
- Other skills include: Resident Relations, Sound Judgment, Professionalism, Time Management, Physical Dexterity Skills and Manual Dexterity Skills.
Staring rate: $18.50 per hour with opportunity for an increase.
