You are one of the neatest and cleanest to walk the planet. You aren’t afraid to dive into bushes for that one piece of paper. You look back at your sparkling efforts and beam like a proud parent that everything outside looks clean.
The Porter/Groundskeeper’s primary responsibility is to keep the property clean and the curb appeal to a maximum and conduct janitorial and entry level maintenance as assigned by the Service Manager. Like the post office, you deliver results in sun, rain, sleet,
or snow.
How Will You Be The Right Fit?
- Walk entire property daily picking up all debris and trash, operates compactor, and empties all common area trash cans.
- Keeps curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair.
- Maintains and cleans the pool and pool area.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager
How Will You Be The Right Fit?
Education: High School/GED
Experience: None to one year
Certification/Licenses: CPO, Valid state’s driver’s license
Language: Must be fluent in English
Special Skills, Knowledge or Abilities: Possess the ability and willingness to work in all types of weather for extended periods of time to accommodate the needs of the community.
