As a Groundskeeper, you’ll assist with properly maintaining the appearance and physical condition of the property to ensure our resident have the best possible experience living in our communities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all interior and exterior areas of the property are free of litter and debris, clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Areas may include the buildings, units, common areas, clubhouse, amenities, and grounds. Examples of duties include:
- Picking up trash on the grounds
- Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
- Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
- Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
- Assist in the turnover process in all units, including working with vendors to help maintain quality standards and trashing out vacant units.
- Provide exceptional service to current, future, and past residents.
- Deliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters and flyers.
- Inspect grounds, building and other community features daily to identify, minimize and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
- Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically and safely.
- Complete minor maintenance related tasks.
- Other duties as directed and assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak elementary English required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Previous grounds, general maintenance, or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
- Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
