Job Location Details
IMT Residential is hiring a Groundskeeper for IMT Boot Ranch, 432-unit community ideally located in the Palm Harbor area of Tampa.
Position Overview
As a Groundskeeper, you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing superior customer service to your residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who enjoys hands-on work to enter the maintenance field, learn from your teammates, and grow your career.
- Maintain grounds including cleaning and removing trash on a daily basis
- Clean common areas such as pool and spa, fitness center, laundry room, offices, clubroom etc.
- Perform minor exterior painting and repairs
- Assist Service Technicians with preparing apartments for new residents
- Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager
