Instead of a desk, your “office” will include ocean views, salty air, and sunny condo balconies. You’ll be the heartbeat of our homes, making sure every space is clean, well-maintained, and ready to wow our guests.

From managing supplies to supporting our team on the ground, you’ll help keep our properties in top shape—all while working in a friendly, supportive environment where your hard work truly matters.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare vacation rentals for new guests and owners, ensuring a welcoming and pristine experience.

✔ Manage inventory and keep supplies stocked for both the properties and the office.

✔ Capture photos to showcase our properties for marketing and guest engagement.

Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before they become issues.

✔ Coordinate with vendors, ensuring services like cleaning, repairs, and landscaping are handled smoothly.

✔ Organize the office space, keep records updated, and assist with documentation.

✔ Shop for owners, helping to ensure properties are well-equipped with everything needed for an outstanding guest stay.

✔ Be a problem solver! Identify opportunities for improvement and work with our team to enhance the guest experience.

✔ Onboard New Units, Ensure each property meets “Sandy Feet Standards” by organizing and labeling essentials, streamlining setup, and providing the office with all key property details for seamless management.
