Seeking an all-around Handyman for a Commercial Office Building located in Clearwater, FL. This is a part-time 1099 position. Two days per week. Days and hours to be discussed. Great for someone that is semi-retired! We are looking for someone that is experienced and reliable.
Must have experience in make-ready, own tools and reliable transportation. Clean record as we will run a background check. English speaking is required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of grounds and building
General make-ready tasks for office suites
