Property Management Co. needing Handyman for small to medium size jobs. Most properties are located on Pinellas County Beaches area, condos, homes. Saturday will be the busiest day for issues that arise between guests. Must be able to guarantee your work, be dependable and available to respond quickly to calls when needed.Fees charge reasonable for Owners.
Will need to have a copy of your insurance, Fill out W-9, and sign a independent vendor’s contract.
