Handyman – Morningstar Assisted Living, LLC (Kenneth City)

Morningstar Assisted Living is seeking a detail-oriented, bright, and energetic Full -Time General Handyman to join our team at our Summerfield location. This position will be responsible for:

• General maintenance and repair of the property
• Cleaning and preparing all apartments for tenant move-ins
• Painting, drywall, minor plumbing and small appliance repair
• Assisting tenants with maintenance problems and special requests
• Assuring the community is maintained in a safe, neat and clean manner
