Handyman Needed – Bornbak Alliance LLC (Saint Petersburg)

Property manager needs reliable, responsible handyman for the following immediately:

1. Replace wood fencing and remove chain link fencing

2. Replace toilet valves with new

3. Install small section of Astroturf

4. Repair rotten wood in fascia

5. Repair asphalt driveway

6. Clean coils in A/C unit

The above list is quite a variety, true. If you are skilled in any of the above I’d like to speak with you.
