Handyman needed for busy property management company. Must be reliable and have history of staying at jobs long-term. Reliable transportation (preferably a truck) required. Must pass drug and background check. 40-50 hours weekly M-F and some Saturdays. 70% of hours in South Tampa, 30% in Pinellas.
Must be a fast and efficient worker and be capable of dry wall, minor plumbing and electrical, painting, flooring, screening, and appliance installation. Appliance and AC repair experience a plus. Honesty and integrity a must as well as fluent English.
