Successful, locally-owned handyman company since 2003 based in Odessa in search of the right skilled person for small handyman crew. Must have 2+ years of construction, property maintenance, and/or miscellaneous handyman experience. Need someone with precise skills and a positive, professional attitude. Candidate must be dependable, dedicated, trustworthy.
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Miscellaneous handyman repair
- Carpentry, painting, and drywall finishing
- Maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property
- Ability to take direction from company owner and work well with team
- Safely drive company van with or without trailer. Must have your own transportation.
- Good communication and client service
Physical Requirements:
- Carry at least 50lb.
- Climb ladders repeatedly throughout the work day
- Able to work outside in Florida heat for some projects
