Hiring Handymen Services in the greater Tampa area! This is a contract/1099 position. You must be insured, carry Workers Comp or be exempt by your state, and provide any licensing information IF licensed. Shamrock is a property maintenance company, we’ve been in business for 15 years, we service some of the largest Home Owners in the country and we are currently servicing 6 states. We have a high demand for all handyman services (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, appliance repair and installation, build backs, flooring, painting, fire/water damage remediation, garage door repair/replacement, HVAC, landscaping, masonry, pest control, roofing, septic, siding/stucco, wildlife removal, windows). We do the advertising, so you’re not losing money paying for leads and estimates that go nowhere. We have a 95% approval rate on our bids, and we can offer you a consistent amount of workflow to increase your income.
