PRIMARY JOB: General handyman type jobs at several multiunit apartment complexes.
(work orders, general maintenance and property repairs – it’s completely up to you!)
REQUIRMENTS:
- Experienced & Provides Quality Work
- Located near/around St. Petersburg FL
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record and transportation
- Pass A Background Screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Possess own tools and ability to use them safely
- Owns a cell phone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in multi-family maintenance
- Fluency in English and Spanish
