Long Island property services is a fast growing property preservation and maintenance company. We utilize PPW and offer weekly pay. As a result of our continuing growth and the
addition of new business, we are seeking experienced Property Preservation Contractors to join
our Vendor Network Team! We are currently looking for multiple contractors in Florida (In All counties)

Requirements:
*Valid Drivers License w/ Auto insurance
*ABC Number (Required)
*We require our Independent Contractors to carry a general liability insurance policy of at least
$1 million as well as workers comp or exemption
Document all work before it is conducted with high-quality pictures, as well as, in progress and
after shots
You must have the ability to perform ALL of these tasks and others as needed:
– Lock changes
– Lawn mowing and tree/shrub trimming
– Minor home repairs
– Boarding of broken windows & doors
– Trash & debris removals
– General cleaning
– Winterizations.
-Property inspections and lock installations
-Basic interior and exterior repairs
-Minor to major remodeling projects including siding, soffit, fascia repair and porches
-Basic painting and drywall projects
-Basic roofing repairs and upkeep
-Exterior projects including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc.
-General carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc.
-Repair Bids using Estimating Software
Must be able to complete work within a 1-5 day window time frame, depends on the
urgency of the work order
This is a 1099 position.
Payment:
You will be paid Friday after a span of 7 days from the submission and finalization of a work
order.
You will be paid through ACH Direct Deposit, it usually takes 2 working days to be deposited.
