About Our Company: Infinite Energy Solutions is an Energy Rating / Inspection company serving the west coast of Florida. We specialize in energy inspections and certifications on new construction homes that include, but not limited to blower door and duct testing, HERS Index ratings, Energy Star New Home certification, code compliance, and green certifications.
Job Description: We are looking for construction professionals to join our growing company to perform home energy inspections. You will be performing energy inspections on new construction homes that include, but not limited to blower door and duct testing, HERS Index ratings, Energy Star New Home certification, code compliance, and green certifications. Detailed data collection in an accurate manner is a must. You are responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with builders and clients. You are responsible to effectively problem solve when issues arise in the field. Customer service is a high priority, while maintaining the integrity of our inspections. Daily travel is a part of the job and must be able to lift 50 lbs. You must be able to quickly learn the use of our technical equipment on the job to perform these inspections. While your hours will be flexible, you may be required to work long days depending on the work load. This job is not for the soft hearted, however the rewards are great! You will be joining and becoming an integral piece of a small business that is growing daily. IPhone, IPad, company vehicle, and all testing/inspection equipment will be provided.
Job Location: Once you are trained, you will be given a company vehicle and drive to your jobs straight from your house. Jobs will be generally located in south Hillsborough county, Manatee county, and Sarasota county.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with new construction experience and/or home inspection experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the New Construction/Trades, Home Inspections, and Maintaining Builder/Real Estate Relationships
- General Knowledge of New Construction and Energy Efficient Construction
- Effective Communication is a Must!
- Ability to Be Flexible to Ensure to Job Gets Done Quickly and Accurately
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- Clean Driving Record and Clean Criminal Record REQUIRED!

Benefits: Hourly rate with overtime pay. First 90 days will be training period. After 90 days you are eligible for company benefits which include holiday pay and monthly medical reimbursement plan. After 180 days you are eligible for paid time off.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
