 POSITION OVERVIEW:

 We are looking for architects, adjusters, home inspectors, building inspectors, project managers, supervisors, estimators and any other category that can perform these types of inspections

 COMPENSATION:

 The candidates’ income will be determined by the number of inspections performed.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• An understanding of the different types of building materials used in interior construction helpful. Will instruct in use ofmoisture testing equipment.
• Able to use an I-Pad or Android notepad helpful.
• Must be self-motivated, honest, dependable & professional.
• Committed to learning the industry & show an interest in upward mobility as well as the ability to communicate well with people.
• Good people skills.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Create home inspection reports using a very user friendly reporting software program.Perform interior property inspections to find &   document water damage.
