Full Job Description
We are a residential property management company with properties in Tampa.
We currently have a full-time position for a Home Inspector / Field Agent.
DESCRIPTION
This position is held on the road with a lot of driving involved on a daily basis (after a trial period you’ll be driving a company car). It consists of assisting in property management activities such as:
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Conduct annual and semi-annul property inspections
- Take listing photos
- Post notices on doors
- Make key copies
- Install/remove lockboxes
- Install/remove for rent signs
- Run errands as needed
- Prepare detailed property and inspection reports
- Upload property photos
SALARY
- $16/hour
HOURS
Monday to Friday from 9am – 5:30pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION:
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Must pass background check
