We have an entry-level opening as a Home Loan Specialist 1 that is located here in the Tampa area! This position is a great opportunity into a successful company that has offices nationwide and provides room for growth!
Job Description:
- Data and document validation
- Troubleshooting third party orders
- Title, appraisal, hazard, flood, etc.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or online chats
- Evaluate loan applications with regulatory compliance and compliance with product guidelines
- All other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar field
- Proficient on a computer and able to deliver timely and accurate information
- Excellent critical thinking and mathematic skills
- Highly proficient communicator
- Financial and/or mortgage industry experience highly preferred
- Understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Bachelors degree preferred
This is a full-time opportunity working M-F (8-5, 11-8). Paying $17-$20/hr.
