Solita’s House seeks a Home ownership & Foreclosure Intervention Counselor (HFIC) to provide foreclosure intervention counseling services to clients facing foreclosure. The HFIC provides relevant information and strategies to expand and support home ownership retention opportunities. This includes providing general counseling on home ownership retention options and/or saving a home from foreclosure. The HFIC meets with and counsels approximately 20 cases per month. The HFIC works under the general supervision of the Executive Director and Associate Director, and works with staff and other community contacts in the execution of his/her duties.
Full-time position
(Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred)
Annual Pay Range: $30,000 to $45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
