We are looking for someone with home repair experience to assist with repairs to rental property that we manage throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
The role will be defined in two ways.
1) Visiting 20 +/- houses per month that we manage for preventative maintenance work like mending fences, pressure washing, trimming tree branches, cleaning/repairing gutters, fixing ripped screens, light fixtures, paint, some hauling, fixing doors that do not close properly, closet doors that need new hardware, caulk or grout repair in bathrooms where needed, other minor repairs associated with rental homes. The large jobs go to outside contractors.
2) Assisting with maintenance work orders called in by renters related to the rental property. Examples of this would be mending fences, trimming tree limbs, clogged drains, small plumbing repair work like leaky faucets, clogged drains, drywall work, broken lock, hanging interior doors, drying out area from plumbing leak, or any other small repairs that need to be done in a house over time. Large jobs get sent to 3rd party contractors, we do the small jobs in house.
