We are looking for a hard working, dedicated Staging Consultant with an eye for detail and a love for exceeding customers expectation! This person would be part of a Number 1, award winning, Real Estate Team and assist us as part of our Listing process. Experience in Staging and Interior Design encouraged.

A Home Stager on the Tony Baroni Team are asked to:
*Meet the Sellers and complete a walk through of their home throughout the Tampa Bay area. (this includes Polk, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties) This typically takes an hour and a half.
*Discuss with the Sellers the best plan of action for getting their home sold for top dollar. Suggestions may include: decluttering, repositioning furniture, changing paint color, adding landscape, pressure washing etc.
*Complete a one page action plan for each home.
Reliable transportation is a must. (no mileage reimbursement) Currently a Part Time position with a potential to grow into Full Time. Flexible schedule needed to accommodate clients schedules.
