Full Job Description
Homeowner Association Manager opportunity in Gulf Shores, Alabama to join an established company. We are seeking an experienced property manager for a resort homeowner association with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. The HOA Manager will lead onsite teams in providing association management and property maintenance services to enhance the resort property and buildings as a prosperous real estate investment. The HOA Manager will supervise an operations staff and contract vendors to provide superior services to vacation rental homeowners and guests. The ability to maintain excellent owner relationships is a must. Manager will hold direct responsibility for meeting financial budgets and goals.
Qualifications:
Prior property management and homeowner association management experience required.
Four-year college degree preferred.
Proficient computer skills required.
Excellent customer service required.
Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F and ability to be on call and work weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
