Looking for EXPERIENCED Hotel General Manager for a beachfront boutique hotel.
Overview:
Responsible for the overall success of the hotel in all aspects including, but not limited to: Supervising and developing the performance of all operating departments and employees (Telephone, Reservations, Sales, Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security and Maintenance) to ensure the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction in a cost efficient manner. Work to better the hotels overall ADR, OCC, REVPAR, and rankings on 3rd party sites to drive sales and meet owners expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, monitor and participate in a comprehensive sales and marketing plans that results in optimum, rate and occupancy for the hotel.
– Meet or exceed established budgetary guidelines for the hotel as established and agreed upon by management and ownership.
– Protect and enhance the value of all hotel assets through appropriate programs in maintenance, security, housekeeping and through the capital budgeting process.
– Weekly sales forecasting along with the planning of expenditure adjustments to correspond to forecasted occupancies and demand.
– Comply with Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to hiring and managing
– Comply with all company accounting standards, policies and procedures
– Be visible, approachable, and available to all guests and staff
– Ensure staff is always providing guests with the highest level of hospitality
Other Notes:
– Must have previous general management experience in hotels
– Owners own multiple hotels all across the US
– Property just underwent extensive renovation with new FF&E 2017
– Hotel has small bar operation
