$12 – $15 an hour
I have created a new lead generation program and am looking for REALTOR to handle my potential buyers. You will be working for hourly pay, so you will not need to market yourself or wonder when your next paycheck will arrive.
The job will require you to preform ALL duties of being an Agent. Including, but not limited to:
– Calling Leads
– Using a CRM
– Gathering Paperwork
– Forming Offers
– Checking Contracts
– Showing Properties
– Running Errands
– Flexible Schedule
Skills & Experience:
– Must have experience in all aspects of working with a buyer
– Must have closed at least 3 deals
– Must have a valid DL and vehicle
Must Have:
– Florida Real Estate License
– Current Membership with PRO
This position will be open sometime in August, but I want to get the right person in place.
