Seven One Seven Parking Services is seeking to fill an HR Administrative position. The desired candidate should be energetic and a team player. Duties/Responsibilities: – Greet visitors/applicants as they walk in – Conduct background checks on applicants – Create new hire packets – Review new hire packets – Enter new hires and discharges in ADP payroll system – Prepare documents for new hire orientation – Conduct phone screens when needed – Assist with recruitment when needed – Assist with special projects as needed to improve the overall functionality of the R Department – Filing – Answer phones Requirements – Must have the ability to effectively communicate in positive manner, both written and verbally – Must have great customer service skills – Must be detailed and extremely organized and be able to work without supervision – Must demonstrate excellent work ethics, integrity and credibility in all responsibilities – Must have excellent time management skills – Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment – Must be EXCELLENT in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10.00 /hour |
